Who operates the service
Luxury Enthusiast LLC, formed in Arizona, operates this website and member web app. Contact hello@luxuryenthusiast.com with privacy questions or requests.
Information you provide
We process your email address, display name, account authentication information, email preferences, and records of agreement to terms. We also process perspectives and rating answers, ownership information you choose to provide, disclosed brand or retailer connections, support messages, reports, and catalog suggestions. Retailer applications include business and authorized-contact information.
Device and service information
Our hosting, authentication, and email services may record IP addresses, browser and device information, request times, errors, and security events. We use browser storage to maintain sign-in and device preferences. The camera or location is accessed only when you request a related feature and grant permission; manual item search and shopping-location entry remain available. Uploaded cover photos are processed in the browser by the current cover editor; choosing to save or share a cover creates a copy outside the account.
How information is used
We use information to create and secure accounts, publish perspectives, calculate item ratings and distinctions, respond to support, review suggestions and reports, prevent abuse, and operate retailer accounts. We may use summarized activity to understand demand and improve the service. Marketing email depends on your email preference; account verification, recovery, and essential service notices are separate.
What other people can see
Published perspectives, ratings, and any public name or content attached to them may be visible to other members or website visitors. Private Client replaces your public review name but is not anonymous to Luxury Enthusiast. Avoid including identifying details in a private perspective. Saved or reposted copies of public content may remain outside our control after deletion.
Providers and disclosures
We use service providers for hosting, account authentication and storage (including Supabase), delivery of account emails (including Resend), and business correspondence (including Google Workspace). Providers receive information needed for their work. We may disclose information when legally required or to address fraud, security, or legal claims. Opening a retailer link or sharing to a social platform subjects your activity there to that provider’s privacy practices.
Advertising and business insights
Retailers may receive campaign performance summaries and eligible click records when advertising is available. We do not give retailers member passwords, private support conversations, or Private Client account identities as advertising reports. We may share aggregate insights about product interest and activity. Selling identifiable member information or introducing additional advertising trackers would require an updated disclosure and any choices or consent required by applicable law; this notice is not consent to such future activity.
Your choices and requests
You can edit your name and email preferences in your account settings and unsubscribe from marketing emails. You can delete your member account through Profile Settings. To request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy choices available under applicable law, contact hello@luxuryenthusiast.com. We may verify your identity before responding. You may also ask us to review a denied privacy request.
Retention and security
We retain account and contribution data while needed to provide the service. Account deletion removes the member profile and perspectives from active service records. Limited legal, abuse-prevention, support, and retailer billing records may remain where needed; backup copies may persist until their normal replacement. We use access controls and authentication to protect information, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Children and policy changes
Luxury Enthusiast is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and address it. We will publish an updated date when this policy changes and provide notice or request consent for material changes where required.
